Track my order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we email you the tracking number and the tracking link.
How to track your parcel
- Look in your inbox for the message with the subject "Your order is on its way". Check your spam and promotions folders too.
- Copy the tracking number in that email.
- Paste it into the courier's tracker or into 17TRACK, which recognises the courier automatically.
I don't have a tracking number yet
We email it as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received it and want to know how your order is doing, write to us from the Contact page with your order number and we will tell you.
The tracking is not updating
It is normal for the status to take a while to move after the first scan. If it stays stuck, write to us and we will look into it with you.
