We do not collect or store your full card details: payment is processed by the payment gateway.

- Answering your questions and return requests.
- Sending you marketing messages, only if you have given us your consent.
- Analysing and improving how the store works.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run the service: the e-commerce platform, the payment gateways, the couriers and our email and analytics tools. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent, through our contact form. We will respond within 20 working days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while there is a commercial relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and company law.
